We offer a peer to peer telephone support line. It’s a safe and supportive place for people to call and speak with peers who are there to listen and support adults experiencing emotional distress.
Hours: 5pm to 9am
Crisis Line And Referral Service
We are the ‘someone’ you can turn to when ‘nobody’ understands or when ‘everyone’ is too busy to listen. We provide a free, confidential, nonjudgemental, 24-hour crisis line to everyone in Aitkin, Case, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd, and Wadena counties. Dedicated, caring volunteers are available to help you share your hurts and fears before they become a crisis, as well as to help those in crisis get help.

Crisis Text Line
The Minnesota Department of Human Services announced that as of April 1, 2018 Crisis Text Line (formerly known as Text For Life) has been updated in Minnesota to this national non-profit crisis service provider. It is available to everyone in Minnesota and across the nation 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The support is designed to provide Text-based suicide prevention and crisis services to those who are contemplating suicide or those who find themselves in a challenging situation. Trained crisis counselors are continually available to provide collaborative problem solving, help defuse the crisis, and connect the texter to local resources.

Mental Health Minnesota Voice of Recovery
The Minnesota Warmline provides a peer-to-peer approach to mental health recovery, support and wellness. Calls are answered by our team of professionally trained Certified Peer Specialists, who have first hand experience living with a mental health condition. Available 5pm to 10pm
