If you need someone to talk to, call a peer-to-peer warmline. You are not alone—others have been right where you are now. These support lines are staffed by friendly staff who have had their own experiences with mental health challenges.
Warmlines are NOT crisis lines, hot lines, or suicide prevention lines. If you are in crisis, please call the crisis line 218-828-HELP or 9-1-1.
