| Safe Harbor provides supervised adult crisis residential stabilization service to Region 5+. Safe Harbor is a six bed supervised residence in a tranquil setting in Brainerd, MN. The crisis residential services are short term services for adults, 18 years of age and over, who are currently experiencing a mental health or dual diagnosis crisis. We are not a detox facility.
Safe Harbor has 24 hour/7 days a week staffing that provides assessments of immediate needs and assists consumers to identify factors that may have led to the crisis. Consumers develop goals to assist in crisis reduction so they can return to baseline. Safe Harbor staff will make and follow up with referrals for identified supports.
