Safe Harbor- Crisis Stabilization Services

Safe Harbor provides supervised adult crisis residential stabilization service to Region 5+.  Safe Harbor is a six bed supervised residence in a tranquil setting in Brainerd, MN.  The crisis residential services are short term services for adults, 18 years of age and over, who are currently experiencing a mental health or dual diagnosis crisis. We are not a detox facility.

Safe Harbor has 24 hour/7 days a week staffing that provides assessments of immediate needs and assists consumers to identify factors that may have led to the crisis.
