Positive Psychology is a science-based method of practicing activities and thought patterns that allow people and communities to thrive. Rather than focusing on fixing what may be broken, it teaches us to focus on and strengthen the sources of psychological health. With a few simple tools, people can become more creative, productive, optimistic, and more helpful. It’s strength training for your brain.
Join for one or all sessions of this concise class designed to jump-start your week. You DO NOT need to register for all. Just register once and use the same link. We will share simple exercises that you can then try out during your week. No homework. Class is sometimes interactive, and there are opportunities to participate if you choose, but it is not necessary.
