Minnesota Communities Caring for Children:
Many of our families are feeling stress and anxiety due to the current status quo as well as the economic and emotional strain this is putting on many. At Minnesota Communities Caring for Children, we want to help provide as much support as possible, share resources, information, and ideas to help alleviate some of that stress.
Because of this, MCCC launched a 30 min Practicing Resilience in Community via Zoom which will occur Monday-Friday from 12:30-1:00pm. We invite you to join us and to share this family-friendly opportunity with anyone in your network: https://www.pcamn.org/practicing-resilience-in-community/
No pre-registration required! Just join any day you are available using one of the following methods:
- Join using a computer of smart phone by clicking this link and following the instructions: https://zoom.us/j/145915007
- Or join by phone only at: +1 312 626 6799 Meeting ID: 145 915 007
- One tap mobile: +13126266799, 145915007#
Research shows us that there are simple daily practices that can help us self-regulate and support each other – even in stressful and uncertain times like these. Each day MCCC’s Practicing Resilience in Community will demonstrate a tool for calming our nervous system and integrating all the parts of our brain so we can be at our best in the challenges that we face. We will gather in community, share strengths from many cultures, and practice relationship building.
